A Tale of Two Friends and the Birth of a Gin

What began as an unlikely friendship between a Pole and an Indian blossomed into a remarkable spirits venture, born from their shared passion for culinary exploration. Our backgrounds—rooted in distinct gastronomic traditions—converged through countless evenings spent experimenting with flavours, spices, and traditional recipes. The idea struck during a particularly memorable dinner: why not create a gin that celebrated their cultural fusion? We began experimenting with a cold compounding method, infusing premium Polish vodka with handpicked Indian spices—cardamom, cinnamon, and rare Himalayan botanicals that had never before found their way into Western spirits.

Our meticulous six-month testing phase involved dozens of willing participants, from mixologists to home cooks, who sampled the evolving concoction alongside various cuisines and in an array of cocktail compositions. Each iteration was carefully documented, refined, and retested. What emerged was not merely a spirit but a liquid narrative of cross-cultural heritage—a gin that carried the warmth of Indian spice markets and the crisp precision of Polish distilling traditions. Our creation quickly gained recognition for its ability to complement diverse cuisines while maintaining its distinctive character in classic cocktails, embodying the borderless friendship that inspired it.

About the Spices

Indian spices have long flirted with gin, yet their true potential remains largely untapped—until now. Gold Odyssey reimagines this relationship, blending the warmth of cinnamon, the boldness of black pepper, the cooling grace of cardamom, the subtle sweetness of fennel, and the earthy zest of coriander into a spirit that mirrors the evolving global palate.

As fusion cuisine redefines dining, gin too must evolve—no longer just a London dry, but a companion to complexity. Gold Odyssey meets this moment, crafting a layered experience where each spice leads you deeper into a journey of aroma and flavour. Juniper, sourced from the forests of Eastern Europe, lays a crisp, piney foundation. Bright citrus notes from the Mediterranean dance atop, while the Indian spices unfold slowly—first the warmth, then the intrigue, and finally the finish that lingers like memory. This is not just gin. It’s a story told in botanicals, designed for a world that craves both tradition and transformation.
